For Sale/Rent List July 6, 2026

If you are interested in renting or buying one of the slips listed below contact the dock owner to make an appointment for viewing the slip. Boats are limited to 26 feet total measured length in inside slips wet slipped (In the water) / 29' on lift stern in and raised above dock walkway (Inside Slips are A-dock odd numbered, and B-Dock even numbers slips), as defined in the Rules and Regulations amended April 1st 2022 and you must be an Englewood Isles Resident to rent, or Owner to buy. Anyone looking to rent or own a slip must have a minimum $300,000 liability insurance policy for their vessel. Anyone who purchases purchasing or renting an Inside slip (A dock odd numbered (A-1 etc), or B Dock even number (B2, etc), must have their boat measured by Marina Dockmaster Zack Bird (cell 317-460-0664), prior to signing a rental agreement or putting the boat in the slip.
